1. How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within 2 days of your order, and then take a range from 5 to 10 to be delivered. We source the best products at best prices from around the world. Shipping time will show up at the end of each item description.
2. What's the return policy?
Up to 30 days after the product arrival.
It is required the product tag still intact and the item has not signs of usage.
Returns are only accepted in case of damaged or mismatching item.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible within 24hrs of purchase. Orders can get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please contact us through the contact channel or at sales@skyhopstore.com
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your luggage set or bag order simply notify us, and we’ll give you a replacement or a full refund after the item has been returned.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
Only in the case of mismatching or defective item.
6. Does the products have warranty?
Yes, the period of warranty varies depending of the product but mostly if not specified on the product listing holds 1 year manufacture warranty.
